How do I install and pay?
Install from the Shopify App Store in one click (OAuth). Billing and the 14-day trial run through Shopify Billing — it shows up on the store's regular Shopify invoice, no separate credit card. Cancel any time from the app.
Is it compliant? Do I need consent?
Yes. Messages go only to customers who entered a phone at checkout or signed up via a popup/club with explicit consent. Club signup requires consent. Every message carries an unsubscribe line and opt-outs are honored immediately.
Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
The system is built to protect it: messages only to people who interacted with the store, send-hours for automations, a human pace with random spacing between messages, and never two automation messages to one customer back-to-back.
Which WhatsApp do I need?
Any regular number. No WhatsApp Business API. Scan a QR or enter a pairing code once, and messages go out from the store's number.
What's the difference between a regular plan and a Club plan?

How does the club work for a customer?
The customer joins on the storefront with their phone and verifies with a WhatsApp code. Every order earns a percentage you set, the balance shows across the site, and redemption is one tap in the cart — a single-use discount code is minted in Shopify and applied at checkout, guest checkout included.
What if a customer replies?
The reply lands in the store's WhatsApp. With the AI agent on, it answers product, stock and shipping questions in the store's name — and hands over to you when a human is needed.
